Preliminary 2023 figures from the Cosmetica Italia Study Center show <strong>total sales of the cosmetics industry in Italy up 13.3 percent from the previous year<\/strong>. To reach 15 billion euros with <strong>a projection to 2024 of an additional +9.8 percent, bringing revenues to 16.5 billion euros<\/strong>. In this state of good health and steady growth, the two main drivers that are increasingly driving consumer choices are directed toward<strong>innovation and sustainability<\/strong>. Suffice it to consider how <strong>natural and green cosmetics came to earn a space and value of 3.1 billion euros<\/strong> in 2023. Starting, for NASTE Beauty, with <strong>Apple Paste<\/strong>, the basic ingredient of the entire current <strong>100% upcycled<\/strong> cosmetics line. &#8220;Apple Paste&#8221; is made by recovering <strong>the skins and seeds of Slow Food Presidium apples <\/strong>used to make organic juices.
