Systemic Food Design is an educational tool<\/strong> that, through the narration of the main stages of <\/strong>the production system of 20 <\/strong>daily-use food and beverage supply chains <\/strong>, allows the user to face the multidisciplinary world<\/strong> of Gastronomic Sciences. The platform helps the end consumer understand the complexity of food production<\/strong> along the entire supply chain, to act in a circular way, From Farm to Fork<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In 2017, the site won theEuropean Award<\/strong> as the best circular economy training tool in the food system, and currently more than 70,000 people have played the game of becoming a circular entrepreneur in food systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
