The Seed by AURORA is a deeply symbolic song that addresses the theme of the relationship between human beings and nature, using the image of the seed as a metaphor for life, growth and the continuous cycle of regeneration. In the song, the artist describes some of the stages of the journey a seed makes toward birth and development, identifying herself as an integral part of this natural and collective process.
Through poetic and delicate imagery, AURORA invokes the idea that all forms of life are interconnected and that human beings are not separate from nature but are an essential component of it. The seed thus becomes a symbol of potential, transformation and responsibility, suggesting that the future depends on choices made in the present.
Particularly evocative is the refrain, which strongly expresses criticism of the tendency to turn all natural resources into economic value. The song emphasizes how money, while playing a central role in modern society, cannot meet the basic needs of life when natural resources are depleted. In this sense, AURORA reiterates a clear and universal message: when nature is destroyed, monetary value loses all meaning.
The song reminds us that no matter how large a sum of money may be, it can never replace air, water, food and land. The Seed thus takes the form of an ecological alarm song and at the same time a call for awareness, environmental protection and a worldview based on respect for natural cycles and life itself.
