Our philosophy
We are of the view that asustainable economy can only exist if it is supported by an adequate knowledge economy.
And this is where our goal comes from: to evolve through multimedia content that can promote educational activities and new research and development projects through new narrative and storytelling forms.
Food is the basic unit connecting all goals for sustainable development and, consequently, an actor playing a crucial role in a transition to a new development paradigm (environmental, social, economic).
We strongly believe in the circular economy as a political-cultural proposal that envisions a new model of production and consumption. We believe in building a new paradigm that draws inspiration from living systems, where any surplus can be metabolized through sharing, reuse, repair, reconditioning, durability, renewability and any other practices that support such a system.
Therefore, we engage in outreach by disseminating first-hand accounts, technological innovations, new trends and regulatory updates. We aim to emphasize the existence of interconnected systems of which humans should be an integral non-invasive part, of relationships between ecosystems that should not be disrupted, bringing us back to a concrete understanding that starting with food to develop an economic-social paradigm shift means bringing the focus back to communities, the quality of relationships and the substance of behavior.
With these goals in mind, our work is based on the philosophy of the three “Cs”: a trajectory that aspires to be inclusive, simple in its narrative, complex in its articulation, to be traveled by each within our own means but sharing the goal.
