Nicola Del Vecchio, a former student of the Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures degree program, is continuing his Master’s degree studies in Pollenzo, where he meets Michela Bunino, a former student of the same master’s program. Together they start the Alba multifunctional farm in Molise.
“Differentiation, quality, openness to producer networks (even if it is really difficult to network!), the desire to develop something that is fair for those who produce and for those who buy in tune with the surrounding environment, certainly represent our strengths. We have to believe in it, pondering well the steps to be taken, trying to be inclusive and developing territorial networks, without being distressed by the things that are wrong (which is very difficult but necessary), looking at tomorrow with what few certainties one has after studies and always open to doubt, in order to grow.”
