“Juice it up” is a podcast created in 2021 by three students from the University of Pollenzo with the aim of discovering and sharing the stories of those who are shaping the present and future of the global food scene. Many of the guests passed through Pollenzo, where they were educated and developed critical sense toward food production, choice, and consumption.
