The so-called Doggy Bag is a practice that should be promoted more, as restaurants are required to throw away food that is leftover from customers, and for this reason it proves to be another opportunity to reduce food waste (Van Herpen et al., 2021). This way, you can enjoy leftover food at home and help reduce food waste.
